Abhaya Hridaya Mudra Step by Step
Step 1
Relax your body and brain.
Step 2
Bring your hands together to form Anjali Mudra (prayer position) in front of your chest.
Step 3
Cross the right wrist over the left wrist in front of your sternum. Ensure that your palms are facing in the opposite direction.
Step 4
Lock the index, middle and little fingers of both the hands. Skip over the ring and thumb fingers.
Step 5
Now bring the tip of the ring and thumb fingers together on both the hands. It connects you to your heart.

- Keep the mudra before your chest for 5 to 10 mins and observe the sensation.
